Something to pass on

Have you ever considered family stained glass? This is stained glass made in such a way that it becomes an important part of your family’s traditions, maybe even a well-loved family heirloom. If you commission any sort of stained glass for your home, it might wind up being something your children will want to have when you finally leave that home, because it will hold so many great memories.

But here at Fort Collins Stained Glass, we also do another type of family stained glass: family crests. Although a crest traditionally relates back to the middle ages in Europe, when people declared their allegiance to a particular clan, these days anyone can have a family crest. Whether you have Scottish ancestry or not, you might want a stained glass panel with symbols, wording, or some kind of picture that is relevant to your family. You could create your own non-traditional family crest via a hanging stained glass panel.

They can be uninstalled from your current windows and moved to another home, packed and shipped very carefully of course.
